General Return Policy

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description
  2. If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location, a resolution will be provided based on the technician's evaluation report.
  3. Return will be processed only if:
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
    • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Seller shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  6. Products marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned.
  7. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  8. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  9. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
  10. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

Will any delivery charges and return shipping charges be refunded?

Delivery Charges

When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, the seller will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you.

If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is required to refund only the item cost.

Return Shipping Charges

If you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due an error on the seller’s part, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, a seller might ask you to provide the courier receipt.

If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is not required to refund the return shipping costs.

How do I get a refund?

To get refunds for seller fulfilled orders, initiate the returns process through our Support Centre. Remember that the items have to be returned to the sellers, not to Aadisree Services.

In any case where a refund is required, the sellers need to authorise that refund. Aadisree Services can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item.

For damaged/ defective products, the seller will issue a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

How much time it will take in respond to my return request?

Please allow 2 business days for your seller to address the issue and provide instructions for your return. If the seller does not respond even after 2 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can contact our support center. We will stand by your claim and help you recover the payments made to the seller if the claim is valid.
